Chef Tai | Rescheduling an Appointment

 

 

Purpose

This SOP provides the step-by-step process for rescheduling a client appointment in Dubsado and ensuring all calendars are updated accordingly.


Step-by-Step Process

1. Confirm the Need to Reschedule

  • When a client notifies that they need to reschedule an appointment, gather the new date and time they prefer.

2. Locate the Client's Appointment in Dubsado

  • Log in to Dubsado.
  • Navigate to the Projects section and locate the client’s record.
  • Open the client's profile (e.g., “Darling”) to find their scheduled appointment.

3. Adjust the Appointment Date and Time

  • Update the date and time of the appointment to reflect the new schedule.
  • Save the changes in Dubsado.

4. Add the Link in the Appointment Description

  • Copy the relevant appointment link (if needed).
  • Paste the link into the Description field for the appointment.
  • Save the updated details in Dubsado.

5. Update Chef Tai’s Calendar

  • Access Chef Tai’s calendar (Google Calendar or the platform in use).
  • Verify that the rescheduled appointment is reflected.
  • Check that the description now includes the appointment details and the link (if applicable).

Additional Notes

  • Double-check all calendar updates to ensure accuracy.
  • If there are any discrepancies, communicate promptly with the client to confirm details.
  • Always maintain professionalism and clarity in correspondence with clients regarding scheduling changes.
