Objective: This SOP outlines the process for Royal Executive Assistants to verify and ensure client dashboards are set up correctly in SuiteDash.
Step 1: Log into SuiteDash
- Go to SuiteDash.
- Log out of the current account (if necessary).
- Log in to Mrs. Claims' account.
Step 2: Understanding the Client Dashboard
- Navigate to Content > Dashboards to review what a client dashboard looks like.
- The standard client dashboard contains:
- A welcome message.
- A Click Here for Place Submission button.
- A video.
- Clickable links.
Step 3: Creating a Dashboard for Another Client
- Check internal messages to confirm that the client has been onboarded and only needs their dashboard set up.
- Ensure they have access to upload billing documents, similar to other companies (e.g., Clearwater, M&E).
Step 4: Verifying Dashboard Setup
- Navigate to Companies in SuiteDash.
- Locate the specific company (e.g., M&E, Clearwater).
- Use the Filter function to search by company name.
- Click on the company name and select Impersonate to view the client's dashboard as they see it.
- Verify that the dashboard contains:
- The same layout as other companies.
- The necessary upload sections and links.
- The standard client access settings.
Step 5: Confirming and Communicating Completion
- Screenshot the verified dashboard for reference.
- Send confirmation to client.
- If any specific client requires additional features, cross-check with other dashboards and adjust accordingly.
Notes & Best Practices
- All clients receive the same dashboard automatically upon onboarding.
- If a client requests a dashboard but already has access, clarify this with a screenshot.
- Use impersonation to verify rather than making unnecessary changes.
- Keep communication clear and concise when informing the requester.
