Purpose
This SOP provides a step-by-step guide on how to send flowers to clients or individuals for special occasions.
Step 1: Choose a Flower Vendor
-
Use fromyourflowers.com as the preferred vendor.
- Confirm payment details with Marie.
-
Access the vendor's website and browse the available flower options.
Step 2: Determine the Occasion and Budget
-
Consider the Occasion:
- Example: Pregnancy announcement, birthday, condolence, etc.
-
Select the Budget:
- Filter by price or same-day delivery, if needed.
- Aim for arrangements around $40–$60.
Step 3: Select and Customize the Flowers
-
Choose an arrangement that resonates with the occasion.
- For example, pink flowers for a joyful announcement.
-
Opt for the deluxe version if it’s within budget.
-
(Optional) Add extra items, such as a teddy bear, for a personal touch.
Step 4: Add Recipient Information
-
Copy the recipient’s name and address from the ClickUp Directory.
- Ensure all details are accurate.
-
Enter the Ring Central phone number.
- Use (470) 945-1439 so the client won't receive any text messages or calls.
-
Confirm if the delivery location is a residence or a business.
Step 5: Customize the Card Message
-
Create a personalized message for the recipient.
- Example: "Congratulations on your wonderful news!"
- Add a signature, e.g., "Best wishes, Marie and the Royal Assistance Team."
-
Ensure the message is concise, heartfelt, and appropriate for the occasion.
Step 6: Select Delivery Date
-
Choose the appropriate delivery date based on the recipient’s availability.
- Example: Deliver on a weekend if they work during weekdays.
-
Avoid guaranteed delivery options unless necessary.
Step 7: Review and Submit the Order
-
Review all details:
- Delivery Date
- Recipient Name and Address
- Card Message
- Total Cost
-
Confirm the order and proceed with payment.
Step 8: Track and Confirm Delivery
-
Save the order receipt as a reference.
-
Screenshot the confirmation and share it with the supervisor or the person who requested the order.
-
Monitor delivery notifications to ensure successful completion.
