Role Overview
The Website Specialist is responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing client websites. This role focuses exclusively on website development, updates, and maintenance, ensuring high-quality, functional, and visually appealing websites that meet client objectives. The specialist works with various website platforms and manages projects starting from templates or from scratch, depending on client needs.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Website Creation
- Design and develop client websites from templates or by building them from scratch.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, branding, and goals for the website.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
2. Website Maintenance and Updates
- Regularly update website content, including text, images, and layout modifications.
- Perform routine checks to ensure websites are functioning correctly and troubleshoot any issues.
- Manage and update blogs, including formatting posts and integrating media.
- Monitor and address website security, updates, and backup processes.
3. Blog Management
- Assist clients with creating and maintaining blogs on their websites.
- Format, upload, and publish blog posts in alignment with client preferences.

4. Platform Utilization
